Cie\u013eom projektu je porozumie\u0165 vz\u0165ahom medzi signaliza\u010dn\u00fdmi a energetick\u00fdmi funkciami srdcov\u00fdch myocytov, sprostredkovan\u00fdm interakciou medzi membr\u00e1nov\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lom mitochondri\u00ed, redox stavom bunky a diastolick\u00fdm uvo\u013e\u0148ovan\u00edm v\u00e1pnika. Na dosiahnutie cie\u013eov pou\u017eijeme met\u00f3dy elektrofyziol\u00f3gie, konfok\u00e1lnej mikroskopie, bioch\u00e9mie a molekul\u00e1rnej biol\u00f3gie.
