Membr\u00e1ny jSR sa nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa v bl\u00edzkosti membr\u00e1n t-tubulov, obsahuj\u00facich L-typ v\u00e1pnikov\u00e9ho kan\u00e1la (DHPR). Uvo\u013e\u0148ovanie v\u00e1pnika zo SR je vyvolan\u00e9 vtokom Ca2+ i\u00f3nov cez DHPR a n\u00e1slednou aktiv\u00e1ciou pri\u013eahl\u00fdch RyR kan\u00e1lov (v\u00e1pnikom indukovan\u00e9 uvo\u013enenie v\u00e1pnika, CICR). Na\u0161ou hypot\u00e9zou je, \u017ee glob\u00e1lne konforma\u010dn\u00e9 zmeny RyR (vr\u00e1tkovacie m\u00f3dy) hraj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu v odpovedi RyR na kr\u00e1tke aj
