Kone\u010dn\u00fdm cie\u013eom je vyvin\u00fa\u0165 efekt\u00edvnej\u0161iu lie\u010dbu tohto syndr\u00f3mu. Preto sa konzorcium sklad\u00e1 z laborat\u00f3ri\u00ed a in\u0161tit\u00faci\u00ed, \u0161pecializuj\u00facich sa na z\u00e1kladn\u00fd, farmaceutick\u00fd aj klinick\u00fd v\u00fdskum ako aj z mal\u00fdch a stredn\u00fdch podnikov. Projekt je zalo\u017een\u00fd na hypot\u00e9ze, \u017ee zmeny v \u0161trukt\u00fare a funkci\u00ed srdca predch\u00e1dzaj\u00face jeho zlyhaniu je mo\u017en\u00e9 rozdeli\u0165 na u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 (zlep\u0161uj\u00face srdcov\u00fa funkciu) a nepriazniv\u00e9 (ved\u00face k zlyhaniu srdca), a \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 selekt\u00edvne zabr\u00e1ni\u0165 nepriazniv\u00fdm zmen\u00e1m. Budeme analyzova\u0165 rozdiely medzi jednotlivcami, ktor\u00ed sa odli\u0161uj\u00fa n\u00e1chylnos\u0165ou na zlyhanie srdca, vykon\u00e1me genomick\u00fd a proteomick\u00fd skr\u00edning, a umo\u017en\u00edme transl\u00e1ciu z\u00edskan\u00fdch v\u00fdsledkov do farmakologickej a klinickej praxe. Strat\u00e9gia je zalo\u017een\u00e1 na hypot\u00e9ze, \u017ee existuj\u00fa u\u017eito\u010dn\u00e9 aj nepriazniv\u00e9 formy hypertrofie, a \u017ee zlyh\u00e1vaniu srdca \u010dasto predch\u00e1dza nepriazniv\u00e1 hypertrofia.
