Zna\u010dn\u00e1 naddimenzovanos\u0165 syst\u00e9mu umo\u017e\u0148uje v pr\u00edpade potreby regrutova\u0165 viac kan\u00e1lov a t\u00fdm plynulo reagova\u0165 na potreby zv\u00fd\u0161enej kontrakcie. Tento projekt sa zameriava na \u0161t\u00fadium mechanizmu vz\u00e1jomnej komunik\u00e1cie medzi DHPR a RyR kan\u00e1lmi, ktor\u00e1 prebieha prostredn\u00edctvom Ca2+ i\u00f3nov, v kardiomyocytoch in situ. Pou\u017eijeme kombin\u00e1ciu dvoch modern\u00fdch experiment\u00e1lnych techn\u00edk. Met\u00f3da nap\u00e4\u0165ov\u00e9ho z\u00e1mku umo\u017e\u0148uje sledova\u0165 odpovede DHPR kan\u00e1lov na nap\u00e4\u0165ov\u00fd stimul a mera\u0165 hodnoty v\u00e1pnikov\u00e9ho pr\u00fadu, ktor\u00fd je stimulom pre aktiv\u00e1ciu RyR kan\u00e1lov. Met\u00f3da konfok\u00e1lnej mikroskopie umo\u017e\u0148uje sledova\u0165 lok\u00e1lne uvo\u013e\u0148ovanie v\u00e1pnika prostredn\u00edctvom RyR kan\u00e1lov a tak priamo mera\u0165 ich aktivitu in situ. V\u00fdsledkom projektu bude lep\u0161ie pochopenie mechanizmov reguluj\u00facich komunik\u00e1ciu medzi DHPR a RyR kan\u00e1lmi, umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00face \u0161t\u00fadium zmien t\u00fdchto mechanizmov, ku ktor\u00fdm doch\u00e1dza po\u010das kardiomyopati\u00ed<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 slov\u00e1:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>V\u00e1pnikov\u00e1 signaliz\u00e1cia, spriahnutie excit\u00e1cie s kontrakciou, kardiomyocyty, v\u00e1pnikov\u00fd pr\u00fad, ryanod\u00ednov\u00e9 receptory<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">Ciele:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cie\u013eom projektu je preh\u013abenie poznatkov o mechanizmoch vz\u00e1jomnej komunik\u00e1cie DHPR a RyR kan\u00e1lov prostredn\u00edctvom i\u00f3nov v\u00e1pnika v di\u00e1dach kardiomyocytov.
