Na rozdiel od nervov\u00fdch a sekre\u010dn\u00fdch buniek, poznanie dynamiky kardiomyocytov zaost\u00e1va, hoci m\u00f4\u017ee ma\u0165 z\u00e1sadn\u00fa \u00falohu pri regul\u00e1cii ich fyziologick\u00fdch funkcii. V minulosti sme vyvinuli presn\u00fa a citliv\u00fa met\u00f3du na meranie elektrick\u00fdch parametrov srdcov\u00fdch myocytov. Predklad\u00e1me z\u00e1mer vyu\u017ei\u0165 Q-met\u00f3du na zachytenie dynamiky sarkolemy kardiomyocytov meraniami fluktu\u00e1cii membr\u00e1novej kapacity a membr\u00e1novej vodivosti a anal\u00fdzy ich \u010dasov\u00fdch, korela\u010dn\u00fdch,<br \/>\nfrekven\u010dn\u00fdch a frakt\u00e1lov\u00fdch obrazov. Z\u00edskan\u00e9 \u00fadaje bud\u00fa interpretovan\u00e9 pomocou matematick\u00e9ho modelu membr\u00e1novej dynamiky. Nov\u00e9 poznatky o dynamike sarkol\u00e9my myocytov doplnia s\u00fa\u010dasn\u00fd obraz o dynamike bunkovej membr\u00e1ny a poskytn\u00fa b\u00e1zu na jej \u0161t\u00fadium vz\u0165ahu k variabilite excitability a kontraktility myocytov a patol\u00f3gii srdcov\u00e9ho rytmu myokardu.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 slov\u00e1:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Fyziol\u00f3gia \u017eivo\u010d\u00edchov; biofyzika; srdcov\u00fd sval; dynamika bunkovej membr\u00e1ny; elektrick\u00e9 parametre; fluktua\u010dn\u00e1 anal\u00fdza;<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">Ciele:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Predkladan\u00fd projekt je zameran\u00fd na z\u00edskanie z\u00e1kladn\u00fdch poznatkov o dynamike bunkov\u00fdch membr\u00e1n. O\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky umo\u017enia ur\u010di\u0165 vz\u0165ah membr\u00e1nov\u00fdch prote\u00ednov transportuj\u00facich i\u00f3ny a funk\u010dnej \u0161trukt\u00fary povrchovej membr\u00e1ny srdcov\u00fdch svalov\u00fdch buniek.
