Z\u00e1merom predlo\u017een\u00e9ho projektu je charakterizova\u0165 morfologick\u00fa variabilitu sarkolemy a sarkoplazmatick\u00e9ho retikula s d\u00f4razom na lok\u00e1lny aspekt v\u00e4zby excit\u00e1cie s kontrakciou. Zmeny priestorov\u00fdch vz\u0165ahov plazmatickej membr\u00e1ny a membr\u00e1n sarkoplazmatick\u00e9ho retikula bud\u00fa sledovan\u00e9 na myokarde cicavcov s cie\u013eom klasifikova\u0165 a<br \/>\nkvantifikova\u0165 ich ultra\u0161trukt\u00farnu dynamiku v norme a pri za\u0165a\u017een\u00ed srdca. O\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky umo\u017enia objasni\u0165 ako sa morfol\u00f3gia bunkov\u00fdch membr\u00e1n podie\u013ea na signaliza\u010dn\u00fdch procesoch a ak\u00e9 \u0161trukt\u00farne mechanizmy sa podie\u013eaj\u00fa na remodelovan\u00ed membr\u00e1nov\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu<br \/>\npri adapt\u00e1cii na zmenu z\u00e1\u0165a\u017ee.<br \/>\nCharakterizujeme morfologick\u00fa plasticitu plazmatickej membr\u00e1ny, jej tubul\u00e1rneho syst\u00e9mu, sarkoplazmatick\u00e9ho retikula a jeho termin\u00e1lnych cisterien s d\u00f4razom na zmeny diadick\u00fdch mikrodom\u00e9n
