Pri civiliza\u010dn\u00fdch srdcov\u00fdch ochoreniach alebo niektor\u00fdch geneticky podmienen\u00fdch arytmi\u00e1ch doch\u00e1dza k poruch\u00e1m funkcie RyR v d\u00f4sledku zmien fosforyl\u00e1cie, redox stavu, alebo mut\u00e1ci\u00ed RyR, \u010do vedie k poruch\u00e1m kontrakcie a k zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu uvo\u013enovaniu v\u00e1pnika po\u010das diastoly. Vz\u0165ahy medzi \u0161trukt\u00farou a funkciou RyR z h\u013eadiska mechanizmov regul\u00e1cie aktivity RyR nie s\u00fa doposia\u013e dostato\u010dne objasnen\u00e9. V tomto projekte sa zameriame na hlb\u0161ie pochopenie modul\u00e1cie aktivity RyR na \u00farovni jednotliv\u00fdch RyR kan\u00e1lov, diadick\u00fdch komplexov kan\u00e1lov a izolovan\u00fdch srdcov\u00fdch svalov\u00fdch buniek. V\u00fdstupom projektu bude lep\u0161ie pochopenie riadiacich mechanizmov RyR po\u010das systoly aj diastoly.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 slov\u00e1:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>v\u00e1pnikov\u00e1 homeost\u00e1za, v\u00e1pnikov\u00e1 signaliz\u00e1cia, ryanod\u00ednov\u00fd receptor, patch clamp, konfok\u00e1lna mikroskopia, plan\u00e1rne lipidick\u00e9 dvojvrstvy, matematick\u00e9 modelovanie, bioinformatika<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">Ciele:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Celkov\u00fdm cie\u013eom projektu je charakterizova\u0165 mechanizmy regul\u00e1cie aktivity RyR po\u010das systoly a diastoly a d\u00f4sledky ich por\u00fach pri srdcov\u00fdch ochoreniach.
