Tento projekt je zameran\u00fd na ur\u010denie vz\u0165ahov medzi organiz\u00e1ciou architekt\u00fary bunky (kvantifikova\u0165 pomocou elektr\u00f3novej mikroskopie) a fungovan\u00edm energetickej v\u00fdmeny medzi organelami (hodnotenie meran\u00edm fluxov v\u00e1pnika a kontraktility) a ich korelovanie. Ide o \u00falohu z\u00e1kladn\u00e9ho v\u00fdskumu, sk\u00famaj\u00facu vz\u0165ahy medzi cytoarchitekt\u00farou, fluxami energie a kontraktilitou. Druh\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 projektu bude zameran\u00e1 na \u0161t\u00fadium mitochondri\u00e1lnej dynamiky v srdcovom svale s cie\u013eom z\u00edska\u0165 hlb\u0161\u00ed poh\u013ead do organiz\u00e1cie mitochondri\u00e1lnej siete dospel\u00fdch srdcov\u00fdch buniek a \u0161tudova\u0165 ako a kedy jej poruchy prispievaj\u00fa k zlyh\u00e1vaniu kardiomyocytov.
