Spr\u00e1vna diastolick\u00e1 funkcia syst\u00e9mu v\u00e1pnikovej homeost\u00e1zy zah\u0155\u0148a regul\u00e1ciu diastolick\u00e9ho uvo\u013e\u0148ovania v\u00e1pnika prostredn\u00edctvom ryanod\u00ednov\u00fdch receptorov. Anom\u00e1lne uvo\u013e\u0148ovanie v\u00e1pnika nie je z h\u013eadiska vzniku v\u00e1pnikov\u00fdch v\u013an dostato\u010dne objasnen\u00e9. Zameriame sa na ur\u010denie vz\u0165ahov medzi lokaliz\u00e1ciou di\u00e1d ako miest uvo\u013e\u0148ovania v\u00e1pnika a tvorbou v\u00e1pnikov\u00fdch v\u013an a ich v\u00fdvoj po\u010das matur\u00e1cie a fyziologickej hypertrofie myocytov. V\u00fdstupom projektu bude lep\u0161ie pochopenie faktorov riadiacich v\u00e1pnikov\u00fa homeost\u00e1zu v srdcov\u00fdch myocytoch a ich naru\u0161enie pri tvorbe v\u00e1pnikov\u00fdch v\u013an.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 slov\u00e1:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Myokard, myocyt, v\u00e1pnikov\u00e1 homeost\u00e1za, v\u00e1pnikov\u00e1 signaliz\u00e1cia, ryanod\u00ednov\u00fd receptor, super- rozli\u0161ovacia STED mikroskopia, matematick\u00e9 modelovanie<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h3><span class=\"H3\">Ciele:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Celkov\u00fdm cie\u013eom projektu je charakterizova\u0165 regul\u00e1ciu diastolickej aktivity RyR v priebehu ontogen\u00e9zy a fyziologickej hypertrofie. Na dosiahnutie tohto cie\u013ea sme si vyt\u00fd\u010dili nasledovn\u00e9 \u0161pecifick\u00e9 ciele:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li> Z\u00edska\u0165 kvantitat\u00edvne \u00fadaje o tvorbe v\u00e1pnikov\u00fdch v\u013an po\u010das matur\u00e1cie a fyziologickej hypertrofie kardiomyocytov a mo\u017enostiach ich farmakologick\u00e9ho ovplyvnenia. <\/li>\n<li> Z\u00edska\u0165 kvantitat\u00edvne \u00fadaje o lokaliz\u00e1cii a prostred\u00ed di\u00e1d &#8211; miest uvo\u013e\u0148ovania v\u00e1pnika v priebehu matur\u00e1cie a fyziologickej hypertrofie kardiomyocytov. <\/li>\n<li> Pomocou matematick\u00e9ho modelovania rie\u0161i\u0165 vz\u0165ah lokaliz\u00e1cie a prostredia di\u00e1d k n\u00e1chylnosti myocytov k<br \/>\ntvorbe v\u00e1pnikov\u00fdch v\u013an.
