V\u00fdvoj syndr\u00f3mu srdcov\u00e9ho zlyh\u00e1vania je sprev\u00e1dzan\u00fd markantn\u00fdmi zmenami energetiky myokardu. Terapia kokteilom vitam\u00ednov skupiny B, cielen\u00e1 na mitochondri\u00e1lnu energetiku, preuk\u00e1zala protekt\u00edvny \u00fa\u010dinok na vznik a v\u00fdvoj srdcov\u00e9ho zlyh\u00e1vania. Nie je v\u0161ak zn\u00e1me, do akej miery je protekcia v\u00fdsledkom remodelovania syst\u00e9mov v\u00e1pnikovej signaliz\u00e1cie. Na\u0161im cie\u013eom je ur\u010di\u0165 vz\u0165ah medzi \u0161trukt\u00farnou dynamikou di\u00e1d, kvalitou v\u00e4zby excit\u00e1cie s kontrakciou a zmenami expresie junktofil\u00ednu na modeli tlakov\u00e9ho pre\u0165a\u017eenia myokardu a metabolickej terapie u my\u0161i. V perspekt\u00edve transl\u00e1cie do kliniky tie\u017e zhodnot\u00edme vplyv metabolickej terapie v kontexte \u0161tandardnej lie\u010dby srdcov\u00e9ho zlyh\u00e1vania (\u00df-blok\u00e1tory, ACE inhib\u00edtory).
